Description
I found this possibly controversial tin poster on a wall in a village in Ireland during my first visit. The "Golly" figure created by artist Florence Kate was the logo for Robertson's very famous and delicious marmalade from around 1870. They began to be accused of racism and this trademark was gradually phased out making this a very collectible item. I do not post this to offend or demean anyone, To my "eye" it's Art and worthy of being seen.
